Dear Owner/Resident:
Your Boards of Directors or Complex have contracted with our company to maintain parking control at the above-mentioned condominium corporation or properties. We would like to bring your attention the following rules with regards to parking.
Visitors’ parking is available for visitors of residents only.
Residents are restricted from parking in visitors parking unless permission is obtained.
Owner or occupant shall "not" park a motor vehicle on the property without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in driveway and reserved spot (other than his or her own driveway or reserved spot),fire zone, delivery or garbage pick up, or areas designated by the Board of Directors or management as posing a security risk.
Fire routes must not be obstructed anytime. This may also include your vehicle extending beyond the space which is allotted for the foregoing driveway or space allotted.
Every vehicle parking in the visitors’ parking between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. must be registered by calling (613) 228-7715 or on the Internet at Registration. The vehicle license plate number, make of vehicle, location of vehicle, duration of stay, and phone number must be reported. The confirmation number is a receipt you completed your registration write it down or print it out. You must make sure your information you provide is correct and not off by one letter or number this would be considered misleading. Visitors’ parking is provided on a first come first serve basis. East market Short term parking is up to a max 3hrs no abuse will be allowed. EMS Extensions and special event parking requests to be made via Shared Facilities Manager(Please allow time for manager to respond to your request not last minute).
Visitors with registered vehicles are permitted to park in the visitors parking area for a maximum of 3 days within any week Sunday to Sunday.Example of a violation: You register your vehicle for Monday and Tuesday then come back and register on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in the same week. Vehicles parked on a regular basis(every week) will not be permittedwithout prior consent of the property manager or a member of the board of directors.
Extensions and special events parking must be approved by the property manager or an officer from MMPCS when the property manager is unavailable example statutory holidays (613) 228-7715.
Vehicles in violation of any of the above rules and regulations will receive either a "Warning", Parking Infraction Notice, or towing of the vehicle may result If you have any questions with regards to the above please don’t hesitate to contact the undersigned at (613) 301-0376.
